TERMS OF SERVICE - GRIZZLY TRADERS FOREX

By purchasing and using our Expert Advisors (EAs) and Forex Robots, you agree to these terms.
1. LICENSE AGREEMENT
- Single user license per purchase (unless multi-license specified)
- Non-transferable and non-refundable
- License is for personal trading use only
- No reselling, redistribution, or sharing with others
- No reverse engineering or decompiling
- Violation results in license termination and legal action
2. PRODUCT DELIVERY
- Digital products delivered within 24-48 hours via email
- Delivery to: Your order confirmation email address
- Check spam/junk folders
- Contact support if not received within 48 hours
- No physical products are shipped
3. USAGE RIGHTS
✅ ALLOWED:
- Use on your personal MT4/MT5 trading accounts
- Use for FTMO and prop firm challenges (where applicable)
- Install on multiple devices (same user)
- Receive free updates and bug fixes
❌ NOT ALLOWED:
- Sharing with other traders
- Reselling or redistributing
- Decompiling or reverse engineering
- Using on accounts not owned by you
- Commercial use beyond personal trading
- Running on signal services without written permission

SUBSTANTIAL RISK WARNING:
Trading Forex, CFDs, and derivatives involves significant risk of loss. Our Expert Advisors are automation tools, NOT guaranteed profit systems.
Important Disclaimers:
- Past results DO NOT guarantee future performance
- You may lose your entire investment
- Only risk capital you can afford to lose completely
- Test thoroughly on demo accounts for minimum 30 days
- We are software developers, NOT financial advisors
- We do NOT provide investment advice
5. REALISTIC PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
- Our EAs target 8-15% monthly returns with 1-2% risk per trade
- These are GOALS, not guarantees
- Results vary by broker, spread, market conditions, and settings
- Drawdowns and losing periods are normal in trading
- Individual results will differ
6. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are solely responsible for:
- Your trading decisions and account management
- Proper risk management (recommended: 1-2% risk per trade)
- Choosing a reputable, regulated broker
- Configuring EA settings appropriately
- Monitoring your trading account regularly
- Demo testing before live trading
- Understanding how the EA works
7. BROKER COMPATIBILITY
- Our EAs work with most MT4/MT5 brokers
- YOU must verify compatibility with your specific broker
- We cannot guarantee compatibility with all brokers
- No refunds for broker-specific incompatibility issues
- Recommended: ECN brokers with low spreads
Broker Requirements:
- Allows EA/automated trading
- MT4 or MT5 platform
- Reasonable spreads (typically under 2 pips for majors)
- Stable server connection
8. SUPPORT & UPDATES
What's Included:

Not Included:
✗ Trading advice or account management

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Expert Advisors, indicators, and related materials are copyrighted works owned by Tshivhidzo Moss Mbedzi.
Unauthorized distribution, copying, or sharing will result in:
- Immediate license termination
- Legal action for copyright infringement
- No refund
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for trading losses
- We are not liable for missed profits or opportunities
- We are not liable for broker issues or platform problems
- We are not liable for internet/connection failures
- Total liability limited to purchase price of product
11. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE
We are software developers, not financial advisors, brokers, or investment professionals.
Our products are tools for trade automation only. We do not:
- Provide investment advice
- Recommend specific trades
- Guarantee returns
- Manage accounts
12. ACCOUNT SECURITY
- Keep your license keys confidential
- Use strong passwords on your trading accounts
- Enable two-factor authentication where available
- We are not responsible for compromised accounts
13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
