REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products (Expert Advisors and Forex Robots), all sales are final once the product has been delivered and accessed.

NO REFUNDS in the following cases:
- Product has been downloaded or accessed
- License key has been activated
- Product is functioning as described
- User error or lack of trading knowledge
- Market conditions or trading losses
- Incompatibility with your broker (ensure compatibility before purchase)
- Failure to test on demo account first

REFUND ELIGIBILITY (Within 7 days of purchase ONLY):
- Product is defective and cannot be fixed after support attempt
- Product was not delivered within 48 hours
- Product significantly differs from the description on our website
